 FAREWELL

TRAIN TALK has been a program sponsored by your club for about three years, inviting LCCA members' thoughts on toy trains, especially those manufactured under the century-old name of LIONEL®.  A selection of those thoughts have been shared via articles in The Lion Roars, and all submissions have been available on line just by clicking on any of the "See comments" links under the topics listed below.

The fact is that, after 38 TRAIN TALK sessions, we've pretty much run out of new topics to discuss.  Also, most of our members seem to be in the layout room running trains or admiring collections rather than talking about them, which is not at all a bad thing.  Consequently, TRAIN TALK #38, the topic for December 2016, was the final new TRAIN TALK topic.

Although the lights have been turned out in the 38 discussion rooms, echoes do linger.  You can still see the responses to all 38 topics. Just select the topic you'd like to review and click the link under it.  We hope that you have enjoyed TRAIN TALK, and we look forward to seeing new projects from "The Best Toy Train Club on the Planet"!

We hope that you have enjoyed sharing thoughts on TRAIN TALK.  The December 2016 topic was the final discussion in the program, and no new comments are now possible.  For at least a while, though, you can return to this page and follow the "See comments" links to read all the comments ever submitted on those topics.  We also invite you to join or to renew your membership at www.lionelcollectors.org so that you can continue to enjoy all of the old and the new programs offered by "The Best Toy Train Club on the Planet."
